This is a two day event, Saturday & Sunday, and vendors are expected to be there both days. You are encouraged to set up your booth on Friday between 11am and 4pm. If you cannot set up on Friday, please arrive and have your booth set up before 11am on Saturday.
If you set up on Friday afternoon, you may open your booth from 5pm-8pm without any additional fee.
We will have security staff on the property over night.

FOOD VENDOR TERMS & INFORMATION

- All applications will be reviewed for menu variety, healthy choices, price range and how well the booth fits into the festival setting. BOOTH SPACE will be $600.00 for the 2026 festival. Vendors are required to provide their own booth materials and equipment. In addition to the application form, please submit a detailed sketch setting out the dimensions and design of the booth, trailer or truck. Photographs are also accepted. Space is limited.
- Portable generators are allowed on site with the approval of the Cosumnes Fire Department. Must have state seal. Power on site is limited so please indicate on your application what your power requirements are by indicating what equipment you propose to use. A surcharge of $45.00 per day will be available for vendors requiring 24 hour electrical service.
- We encourage our vendors to use environmentally friendly practices, to recycle where possible and to limit non-recyclable materials and refuse (including organic waste). Garbage pickup will be ongoing at no charge, but we ask all vendors to keep their space clean and clear of clutter.
- If accepted, the food vendor will be forwarded a contract for signing, which must be returned no later than March 10, 2026. A non-refundable payment is due by March 30, 2026 with your completed contract package.
- Setup is on Thursday, April 30, from 10am to 7pm.
- Fire Marshal Inspections are on Friday, May 1st at 1:00pm.

- Food booths should be ready for inspection by 1pm on Friday, May 1, 2026 by the Cosumnes Fire Department and the Sacramento County EMD.
- Food Booth Hours: Friday 4-9pm, Sat 11am-9pm, Sunday 10am-6:00 p.m.
