Please print out and complete the application. Attach the appropriate documents for proof of nonprofit status, your check for payment of booth space, and a copy of your insurance for the event with the appropriate language for additional insured as noted below.
This is a two day event, Saturday & Sunday, and vendors are expected to be there both days. the fees for booth space are for the two day event.
You are encouraged to set up your booth on Friday between 11am and 4pm. If you cannot set up on Friday, please arrive and have your booth set up before we open for the day on Saturday. We will have security staff on the property over night.
The additional insured statement must read as follows:
Elk Grove Spring Palooza, Committee and Board Members volunteers, and The Cosumnes Community Services District, the city of Elk Grove , employees, volunteers, and their officers.
